Which payment options do you support?

Domestic currently supports credit card and debit card payments. We will likely introduce other forms of payment in the future. The app is completely free to register and use, and payment is only requested when booking a service. We hold your payment in escrow and only release it to the provider when a service has been successfully delivered to the customer.

Is Domestic App safe?

We authenticate all users and carry out verification checks on service providers before they can conduct any business via Domestic App.

Is my personal information safe?

Domestic adheres to the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR. We only ever request personal information that we deem it necessary to enable our users to use the app. Please visit our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy here: www.domestic.app.

How long does it take to receive payment?

When a Client releases payment on successful completion of job, payment to the Service Provider takes 48 hours.

Can I offer more services?

Absolutely, if there are any services that you’d like to offer that are not listed in our app, please submit your request using the in-app feedback form.

When I register, how long does it take to start?

Clients can immediately start searching for and booking jobs with Service Providers after they complete the signup process. Service Providers will have to pass our verification checks first before they can start accepting jobs.

How long does it take to get work done?

This is decided and agreed upon by the Service Provider carrying out the job, and the Client receiving the services.
